Jain Study Group: Registration for Second Semester 2003-04
Description: JSG starts the new semester which will begin on Sunday, February 8th. At this point, we would like to welcome new students to join us for the second semester.
The enclosed registration form needs to be filled out and brought along with a check to the first class of the new semester on Sunday February 8th.
Registration for the semester of Jain Study Group classes is $25.00. These proceeds will be used to
purchase books and other class materials.
Please make checks payable to:

and in the memo section write "Jain Study Group". Bring checks only – no cash will be accepted.
If you cannot attend class on the 8th, you will need to mail in your form and check to the address listed on the form.
